The legendary Jim Rohn once said that what you feed your mind is what's going to come out. 

As an example, if negative things cross your mind, typically what you choose to do, is also negative. 

 

If you think negatively, you say negative things, and therefore, negative things happen for you. 

Let me say that again, negative things happen for you.  If you are thinking that negative things happen to you, then, negative things will continue to happen to you. 

 

If you start to think that negative things happen FOR you, you will start to realize that there is always something to learn from anything, especially if they are negative. 

 

If you don’t learn anything from the world that happens around you, you will always be a “victim” of whatever happens to you.  And if you are always a victim, you cannot take accountability, and therefore learn from anything that happens to you, good or bad. 

 

If negative things continue to happen TO you, you will continue to live life, thinking negatively. 

Sounds simple. 

 

If you have not yet accomplished what you want in life, start with what you're thinking about and really focus on what you've been thinking.  

What you actually think about, is your reality. It doesn't mean it's real, it just means it's your reality.  

You can only control what you think. No one controls what you think.
